Susie's new blog!

Hi Everybody!

It's turned hot again here in Oklahoma for a few days now, and I'm sure those who are still baling hay are grateful!

I love the capabilities of the Internet!!! It is such a wonderful tool that can be used to spread the "word" and "The Word" around the world!
Because many of you spread the word about " Cowboy Church " on RFDtv, and about the Pamper Me Weekend coming November 9-10 here in Atoka, awareness has at least doubled!!! We are getting responses from all over!! Thank you!

This past weekend I had a wonderful time singing for Healing Hearts Ministry, in Terrell , Texas . Please go to their website and see how you may be a blessing to them as they minister to abuse victims.

We also had a great time at Triple Cross Cowboy Church in Granbury , Texas . Pastor Ray Lane was sure tickled about the service - especially having 692 in attendance! I really enjoyed his preaching "Halter Breaking Your Past" and the heart of the whole congregation.

This week, I will be singing Thursday, September 20, at Sugar Hill, GA at the First Baptist Church - a benefit for Olivia King who has Cystic Fibrosis and is need of a liver transplant; Saturday the 22nd, at McAlester, OK for Derrick McNeil, a young man who is in need of a double lung transplant; and then on Sunday, September 23, Shepherd's Valley Cowboy Church, Egan, TX. AND don't forget our local " Cowboy Church " here in my own back yard, Liberty Ranch, Limestone Gap, Oklahoma , 7pm, September 25th, preaching by Joey Lansdale. www.susieluchsinger.com

Shepherd's Valley Cowboy Church is our "maiden voyage" with the Prevost bus that is being provided to us in the production of the " Cowboy Church " TV show. It is so beautiful and shiny! It will be used to house the editing equipment, cameras, and all the technical stuff that goes along with it, as well as give us a place to eat, shower and prepare for the taping of the show. This will make the whole process go much easier for everybody and there will be less stress to make the deadlines for RFD.

Be sure to watch RFD TV for the next show entitled "How to Track Your Life," Sunday, September 23rd@ 5:30pm CT. The show features Dan & Jeanne Carver of the Imperial Stock Ranch, near Shaniko , OR , me, and my co-host Russ Weaver.

Lucchese has graduated and passed her state board exams and is an official "Esthetician"; E.P. is still working hard at his work; and Samuel is trying to pass English III, English IV, Trigonometry, Anatomy, and Ag while courting his girlfriend and roping. Aaaahhhhh! the life!!!

Many of you (God knows who you are) responded to our need of finances this past week. Thank you so much!

God bless you, and see you down the road!!!
